Marco Island

Marco Island is the largest island out of all of Florida’s ten thousand islands. Located just thirty minutes from Naples, it is best known for its white sandy beaches and relaxing ambiance. • Take the six-passenger catamaran boat and have a captain show you the shimmering Gulf of Mexico on a two-and-a-half hour journey.
• Go to Quinn’s on the Beach for the fire-dancer show at sunset and watch for the Green Flash. Legend has it that on certain nights a green light will flash across the sky as the sun descends into the horizon.

Visit the Esplanade Shoppes and enjoy a bite to eat at CJ’s on the Bay for the freshest seafood around. Other options include Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Tara Steak and Lobster House, Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery for dessert. No matter what you’re craving, you can find it at a restaurant on Marco Island.

Marco Island Real Estate

Key Marco – The gated community of Key Marco offers grand homes with water views, a clubhouse and marina facility. This is the newest development on the island. The minimum home size is 3,000 square feet.

The Estates – This community encompasses every want and need in a luxury home with large lots, flawless architecture and incredible views.

The River Area – This neighborhood is characterized by the large water-direct lots that are a mix of old and new homes.

The South End – This community is a boating-driven community. Everything is water-direct and most of the luxury homes and condos are within walking distance to the beach.
