- Go to Quinn’s on the Beach for the fire-dancer show at sunset and watch for the Green Flash. Legend has it that on certain nights a green light will flash across the sky as the sun descends into the horizon.

Visit the Esplanade Shoppes and enjoy a bite to eat at CJ’s on the Bay for the freshest seafood around. Other options include Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Tara Steak and Lobster House, Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery for dessert. Marco Island Real Estate

The River Area – This neighborhood is characterized by the large water-direct lots that are a mix of old and new homes.
The South End – This community is a boating-driven community. Everything is water-direct and most of the luxury homes and condos are within walking distance to the beach.
