There are minimal restrictions with most every rental property, especially those located in HOA condominium communities. Here are some examples of restrictions all potential tenants should be aware of.

There are also day minimums depending on HOA and/or owner rules. Most gated and luxury communities limit the amount of times an owner may rent a property with stay minimums (usually 30 days.) Even if there are no restrictions owners themselves will usually rent only in months during season to maximize income because of the high demand. However, BDR can always locate daily and weekly accommodations for quick or extended stays.
Lease contracts used by BDR are very clear in language and disclosure. We generally use two types one for monthly rentals and a separate annual lease contract. These leases provide renters with all of their rights and important dates. Some important info regarding a lease is as follows
