Barry DeNicola Realty is headquartered in Bonita Springs, FL in a fully staffed building overlooking a wide bay front of the Imperial River. This setting not only provides prospective clients with great water front views that get them excited about Naples/Bonita Springs tropical setting, it also makes a great location. Our office sits less than a mile to Barefoot and Bonita Beach which make up a large percentage of our luxury waterfront listings. We are also less than 2 miles to US-41. So whichever direction you are visiting from our office is easily located and convenient to all of our listings.

The technology in our office allows Barry DeNicola Realty employees to be as efficient as possible. Our high speed network allows every work station in our office to communicate and transfer pictures, files, and contracts quickly and without delay.  Our high speed printers and scanners allow for large contracts to be scanned in full color ready to be emailed in less than a minute. We also can print flyers in bulk so our clients get maximum exposure. Our separate photo printers provide some of the best, high end glossy photo brochures available and really distance our ad materials from the competition. We also have the latest in multi line phone/fax systems that are at the full disposal of our clients. Finally, we have the latest ad software and FTP systems that allow all of our highly regarded ad layouts to be completed and edited in house. Because our ads are in house camera ready we have shorter lead times for our vendors to “go to print” keeping our homes and prices up to date.
