Naples/Downtown – Gulf Front Single Family
The Naples area features some of the most gorgeous and prestigious beach front property on the planet. This area which begins south of the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club extends to the Aqualane and Port Royal communities. Olde Naples beach homes are not centrally gated and do feature limited public beach parking, although owners tend to have walled security gates.
The Strand at Bay Colony:

The Strand at Bay Colony is a gated single beachfront community located within Bay Colony. Bay Colony is the most exclusive portion of the Pelican Bay Development. The Strand has 12 beachfront residences which are the only 12 available in Bay Colony or Pelican Bay. These residences are known for their absolute privacy. Access to the Strand is protected ensuring only owners and their guest gain entry. Homes in the strand are large and sprawling with differing designs and styles. The privacy of the Strand carries over to the beach areas in front of the homes with the closest limited public parking being a far distance from these homes.
