Marco Island
Marco Island is the largest island out of all of Florida’s ten thousand islands. It is best known for its white sandy beaches and relaxing ambiance and is located just 30 minutes from Naples. It is the southernmost island on the southwest coast of Florida and is home to many wildlife and sea creatures, most notably, dolphins.

The Estates

The River Area

Key Marco
Key Marco is a gated community that offers grand homes with water views, a clubhouse and marina facility. This is the newest development on the island. The minimum home size is 3,000 square feet.
Hideaway Beach Club
This gated community is at the northwest corner of the island and offers a unique golf and country club atmosphere. Unlike many other Marco Island communities, there are no canal homes in Hideaway. All of the single-family homes are either inland or beachfront. The homes overlook the beach and Isles of Capri and there is an executive golf course in the community.
The South End
This is a boating-driven community. Everything is water-direct and most of the luxury homes and condos are within walking distance to the beach.
Things to do on Marco Island
The beaches on Marco Island are a true tropical escape – even during the winter months. The soft and sandy beaches along with the warm Florida sun create a perfect oasis for both residents and visitors. There are plenty of fun activities to keep you busy on the stunning Marco Island:
- Take the six-passenger catamaran boat and have a captain show you the shimmering Gulf of Mexico on a two-and-a-half hour journey.
- Stroll along the sandy shoreline and hunt for seashells. The Paradise Coast is known for having some of the most beautiful shells.
- Book a waverunner tour of Ten Thousand Islands to see manatees, sea turtles, and dolphins. Tours with Marco Island Water Sports leave from the beach at the Marriott.
- Book a spa day at the Marco Island Marriott Spa, which offers a private spa pool to catch some rays.
- Quinn’s on the Beach presents a fire-dancer show at sunset and be sure to watch for the Green Flash. Legend has it that on certain nights a green light will flash across the sky as the sun descends into the horizon.
- Spend the day nestled comfortably in a hammock with your favorite book or spend the afternoon drinking cocktails by the pool.

Pay a visit to the Esplanade Shoppes and grab a bite to eat at CJ’s on the Bay for the freshest seafood in town. Be sure to also stop by Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Tara Steak and Lobster House, and Cold Stone Creamery for dessert.
