North Naples

Boca Palms

Price Range: $200,000 to $550,000

Boca Palms is a gated community located in North Naples. The neighborhood consists of 147 homes on lot sizes that range from one quarter to one third of an acre. Home sizes vary from 1,600 Sq. Ft. to almost 3,000 Sq. Ft. of living space. Homes in this community were built starting in the early 1990’s to the most recent home completed in 2005. Low HOA fees and a community pool are some of the attractive features of this neighborhood.

Bonita Shores

Price Range: $100,000 to $400,000

Located at the northern most position of Collier County is the single family community of Bonita Shores. Location is the key to this non HOA community as it is located just mere minutes from two of the of the states most desirable beaches, Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. Shopping & dining are also just minutes away including less than 10 minutes to Coconut Point Mall. Home sites here range from just under a ¼ acre to over ½ acre. Carlton Lakes

With convenient access to shopping, dining and I-75, Carlton Lakes is a newer community located in North Naples. The community sits on 245 acres with 40 acres devoted to preserves and another 50 make up lakes throughout the neighborhood. There is a mix of single family and condominiums in Carlton lakes, with approximately 170 single family homes. The community features walking trails, playgrounds, tennis courts and more. Eden on the Bay / Glen Eden

Price Range: $300,000 to $700,000

Located in one of North Naples most desirable locations on Vanderbilt Drive are the communities of Glen Eden and Eden on the Bay. This location is minutes from beaches to the south, Vanderbilt Beach, or the north, Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. Walking and jogging paths lead straight to any of these desirable beaches. Originally developed in the 1950’s, Naples Park has quickly become a neighborhood in transition due to its location. It is located just ¼ of a mile from Vanderbilt beach and has a close proximity to some of Naples newest dining and shopping experiences. Here buyers will find smaller more charming homes or newer homes with much larger square footage and amenities. There is truly something for everyone in Naples Park.

Palm River Estates

Price Range: $200,000 to $900,000

Located just north of Immokalee Road in North Naples, Palm River is a non-gated neighborhood of varying lot sizes and homes. Palm River is one of the more established communities in the North Naples area with homes dating from the mid 50’s. Because of its ideal location, just 3 miles to the beach, this is a neighborhood that has seen a transformation in recent years as homeowners have remodeled or built completely new homes.

Pine Ridge Estates

Price Range: $400,000 to $7,000,000

Pine Ridge Estates is located in the heart of Collier County. Just 10 minutes from either downtown Naples or Bonita Springs and 2 miles to the beach make this a wonderful location for a home. Land is the key to this community with home sites up to 4.5 acres and some with equestrian facilities. A mix of architecture can be found as well as the age and size of homes with some exceeding 10,000 Sq. Ft. of living space.

Quail Woods Estates

Price Range: $700,000 to $1,500,000

Quail Woods Estates consists of only 62 homes on lots approximately 1 acre each. Quail Woods Estates offers a location that is within 5 miles of the beach, convenient to I-75 and area shopping. A relatively new community, Quail Woods Estates offers sizeable land with varying custom built homes with living space from 2,000 to over 6,500 Sq. Ft. and a location that is hard to find is some other neighborhoods this close to the beach. This gated community offers the privacy and perfectly maintained yards and common areas.

Sterling Oaks

Price Range: $130,000 to $550,000

Just East of US 41 is the gated tennis community of Sterling Oaks.  This community sits on 100 well preserved acres of land. Each homeowner in Sterling Oaks is has a social membership at the Club at Sterling Oaks which allows access to a Junior Olympic size swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility and a 10,00 Sq. Cedar Creek is a gated community of approximately 273 homes. The southern most part of the community is bordered by a flowing creek (hence the name) that allows for access to the Gulf of Mexico. The community even provides a canoe launching site. Located just north of Bonita Beach Road this community provides easy access to the beaches and local shopping, including Coconut Point Mall and many restaurants.


Price Range: $150,000 to $600,000

Located east of US 41, Hawthorne is a gated community of 300+ homes developed and built by Centex Homes. This new community has homes that were first built in 2006 and has existing home sites to build on.  With a variety of floor plans and different size homes to choose from, Hawthorn is a good choice for an affordable and centrally located community.

Hidden Lakes at Woods Edge

Price Range: $250,000 to $350,000

West of US 41 and just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico is the smaller yet charming gated neighborhood, Hidden Lakes at Woods Edge. The 78 home sites this community offers are built around beautiful fresh water fed lakes and nature preserve areas. Home sizes range from 1,500 Sq. Ft. of living space to over 2,100 Sq. Ft. with three different floor plans to choose from. This is a newer community with the first homes being built in 1999. Meadowlark Estates / Sudbury Estates / Sunset Acres

San Carlos Estates
