The Brooks is another master planned community spread over 2,400 acres. The Brooks offers four separate gated communities with various home types and features. Lighthouse Bay does not include or contain a golf course. Spring Run and Copperleaf are bundled golf communities with included membership and their own courses. Shadow Wood offers various home types and is the most exclusive community within The Brooks. Memberships include two on site courses as well as two off site courses.
