Bonita Beach is a beautiful piece of beachfront neighboring Barefoot Beach and located between Naples and Fort Myers. It is made up of single family gulf and waterfront homes, villas, and condominiums. Bonita Beach has frequently ranked on national top beaches lists.

Bonita Beach – Single Family Waterfront:

$900,000 to $8,000,000+

Overview:

Bonita Beach has some of the finest waterfront property in Southwest Florida. Specifically, the more affordable bay side of Bonita Beach features both convenient and secluded direct bay front homes with gulf and beach access in seconds.

Hickory Blvd:

Waterfront homes on Hickory Blvd. are directly across from the beach and many pick up pocket gulf views along with wide rear bay views. These homes have beach access right across the street and offer a similar living style as their direct gulf counterparts. Hickory Blvd. does offer more “action” a major difference from the other waterfront streets. Lots on Hickory Blvd are unique with some being very shallow requiring cottage style homes and others that are incredibly deep with grand driveways and large waterfront yard space. The lot depths range from 50’ to 400’. These homes and lots have features similar to the direct gulf homes across the street. A small number of extremely deep bay front lots sit along Hickory Blvd. They can be up to 400’ deep off of the boulevard; homes on these lots typically fall in the top price bracket.

Carolands/Forester/Kings Kew/Various Streets:

Bonita Beach also contains waterfront property off of Hickory Blvd. along various sub streets. The first areas of these properties heading North is the Forester & Kings Kew areas. Lots here have become extremely reasonable and can be purchased starting in the high $300,000 range with new construction homes selling above $1million. This area is known for its quiet beautiful setting and convenience for shopping and boating. Another community along Bonita Beach is the Carolands. The Carolands offer a select amount of waterfront properties that are highly desirable due to their dramatic wide water views and unique lots. Although there is no HOA driving through the Carolands you would never know you were not in a regulated luxury waterfront community.
