Barefoot Beach is a sprawling gated gulf and bay front community located in the North Naples portion of Collier County. This community is located on one of the recently named “Top 10 Beaches” in the world. Rightfully so, the all natural beach features the best sand, shells, and wildlife any beachgoer could want. The pristine waters project a brilliant turquoise coloring worthy of any tropical getaway postcard.

Overview:

Barefoot Beach covers 450+ acres and is made up of Single Family Homes, Villas, and Condominiums; all within the main security gate.

Single Family Gulf Homes:

$5,000,000 to $20,000,000+

Barefoot Beach has both single family gulf and bay front homes. There are 11 single family “beach gardens” with every home having direct gulf views and a direct beach access via their own beach boardwalk. Each garden has roughly 9 homes that are in a unique horseshoe-like configuration. Every garden has two gulf front homes directly on the sand with the other homes capturing panoramic unobstructed gulf views. Every garden has common grounds that are beautifully landscaped and feature a large pool and entertaining area. Every gulf home is unique in color and style. Newer construction homes average three to four stories in height and have a/c living areas on average of between 4,000 and 8,000 square feet. These gardens were first developed in the late 1970’s although; major development did not begin until the early 1990’s. Few original homes remain as they are frequently being renovated or rebuilt. In fact, a small portion of original undeveloped lots are still available.

Other Amenities include  

Exclusive boat docks that are located on the adjacent bay front within Barefoot Beach allowing owners to be in their boat and out to the ocean in no more than 10 minutes. Boat docks may be individually purchased or leased through the Club at Barefoot Beach. Other features include a 24 hour security patrol that covers the entire neighborhood all the way to the Barefoot Beach Preserve State Park located at the Southern end of the neighborhood. The infrastructure of Barefoot Beach has been revitalized with a brand new club and guard house. The club house features a large party area and gym with sauna. Outside there are lighted tennis courts and a full lighted basketball court. The main Boulevard and all side streets of Barefoot Beach feature elegant brick pavers. Mature royal palm tree’s also run the length of the community. Pool and Landscaping maintenance is handled by the association.

Is located within the community and is open for new members. This large beach front club has all the 5 star features and services one would hope for with a casual family friendly appeal. What was a great experience will only become better with the recent approval to renovate and expand this popular haven. The Club at Barefoot Beach features a spacious layout accommodating both casual and world class fine dining. 

Casual:

Offering a large pool area, the ground level is the club hub allowing members to head directly to the beach or hangout by the pool.  This first level features a fully stocked bar area that allows members to have a drink, grab some lunch, and watch the game before they head to the beach. The lower level restaurant is bathing suit and child friendly and features a full menu of great food, no matter your diet. Don’t want to miss the sun? No problem, just head out to the beach and a staff member will grab your towel, setup your chair and umbrella, then take your drink and food order so you can eat right on the beach.

Formal:

Once the day is over head upstairs for the world class tastes in the beach front formal restaurant.

Special Functions:

Birthdays or Celebrations are also a pleasure at the club with a top floor, gulf view banquet room that will make your occasion special and convenient. You just bring the guests and the club manager will make all the preparations including full bar and catering.

Cost:

The Club at Barefoot Beach is a luxury enclave at $65,000 with partial refundable equity. The yearly fees are just over $4,500 with no dining minimums. Current wait list 2026 for membership.
